Who we are

Driving outcomes and value is the mission of every manager. Have you experienced the challenges of starting a new project when objectives and alignment aren’t clear? Or a project team facing discovery after discovery on the road to implementing an important change? Or conflict and stress on teams that don’t have enough resources but face demanding timelines?

I founded Spinney Creek Solutions to help identify and solve those problems and get change underway in an increasingly dynamic environment.

My background is grounded in academic research with real-world experience in multiple industries tackling hundreds of problems to drive critical work. Through my PhD research to Portfolio Management, I have found success through innovation and collaboration. I am comfortable working with all levels of teams from front-line contributors to executive leaders to bring project management expertise to the teams that need it most.

I split my time between Maine and England - enjoying the beautiful Spinney Creek in my backyard in Maine or walks along the Thames near London.
